HISTORY:

Mayra’s legal career began in 2006 while doing Spanish interpreting for Workers’ Comp. investigators. In 2007 she ran the legal dept. for a Santa Rosa civil litigation law firm. By 2009 she became a Workers’ Comp investigative assistant to Hopkins Investigations. She enjoyed seeking justice for clients. Thus, Mayra decided to create her own investigations agency licensed under California State Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in 2013. In 2017 Mayra attained her Qualified Manager License through BSIS. Mayra realized early on the digital world worked hand in hand with investigations. She recognized her clients, witnesses, businesses, all owned smart digital devices. Our phones contain our life’s history while recording every step and location we visit. In order to assist her clients accused of crimes or civil liabilities, Mayra decided to become a digital forensic expert. In 2017 Mayra trained with law enforcement at the FBI headquarters in Sacramento with Cellebrite, an International Forensic Intelligence Company. Mayra passed at the top of her class, while being the only private agency attendee. She received the Digital Forensic Analyst and Cellebrite Operator license and certifications. Mayra now utilizes digital forensic data extracted from mobile devices to prove or disprove allegations or alibis for her clients. Mayra will continue her legal education and digital forensics advancement. Consequently, her clients will continue to receive a higher degree of investigative excellence.
